Purpose for promoting:
1) To boost money to buy Fraser Centrepoint Belief PO
FCT was buying and selling at above $2.15 previous to 1 April and with FCT PO worth at $2.05, it make sense for me to use for the PO + extra.

I used to be so fortunate to dodge a bullet when the World inventory market was in a meltdown as a result of Trump Tariff shortly after I offered Ascendas REIT.
This SGD40k+ got here very useful to be in my warchest to permit me to scoop up inventory cheaply.
